In addition, Ashley uses their platform as a regionally recognized musician to create and engage others in solution-oriented conversation around equality, equity and protection. Their willingness to be hands on and fearless continues to be a driving force in the work S.H.I.F.T. engages within the community and an intergral part of the board. Audriannah is a Chicago native, activist, and current Psychology student. While studying, she has taken on the role of an early childhood educator and focuses primarily on teaching diversity through books and play-based activism for children aged 2-6. Audriannah frequently volunteers at Chicago PAWS medical center in Chicago’s little village neighborhood. By serving on the board, Audriannah hopes to help bring relief to Chicago’s south and west sides.
